Sponsor > Documents

Use the Sponsor > Documents page to upload documents to the database that may be relevant to the Sponsor file (e.g. drivers license, etc.) or to review existing documents. Note that the System Administrator determines in the Admin > Site Settings page whether the documents uploaded will be Read-Only or not. If that selection is made, then the Sponsor is not authorized to upload new documents nor edit or delete existing documents.

All documents previously uploaded will be automatically listed if created within the default Start Date and End Date range, regardless of whether they were Read-Only or not.

Search for a Document

  1. Select the Sponsor activity from the Navigation Bar.
  2. Open the Documents page.
  3. Enter the Start Date to search for Documents created within a specific date range.
  4. Enter the End Date to search for a Document created within a specific date range.
  5. Press Search.
  6. The Search Results list all Documents corresponding to the Sponsor.
  1. If desired, press Clear to delete and re-enter different search parameters.

Edit a Document

The Edit pencil icon is only enabled on non Read-Only Sponsor document listed in the Search Results.

  1. Click on the pencil icon corresponding to the Sponsor document you would like to edit.
  1. Make the necessary changes to the Description of the Document. Red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
  2. To upload a different Document, press Select Document to locate the name of the file you would like to add. Once selected, the name of the file to be uploaded displays.
  3. Press Save.

Delete a Document

The Delete button is only enabled upon selection of a non Read-Only Provider document listed.

If deleting one Document:

  1. Click the wastebasket icon corresponding to the Sponsor document you would like to delete.

  1. The system prompts you to confirm deletion. Press OK to proceed.

If deleting more than one Document:

  1. Click on the checkboxes corresponding to the Sponsor documents you would like to delete. You can also click on the checkbox to the left of the header row to select or deselect all documents and delete all at once.
  2. Press Delete.
  3. The system prompts you to confirm deletion. Press OK to proceed.

Download a Document

  1. Press the download icon corresponding to the Sponsor document you would like to download.
  1. Depending on the security protocols of your operating system, it is possible that the document will open immediately or you might be prompted to select whether you would like to Open or Save the Document.

Add a New Document

  1. To add a new Document to a Sponsor, press New. Red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

  1. Enter the Description of the Document you are adding.
  2. Press Select Document to locate the name of the file you would like to add. Once selected, the name of the file to be uploaded displays.
  3. Press Save.
